The new base is equipped with six specialized production lines designed for an annual output of 260,000 units. Among them, two lines focus on coffee vending and Coffee-To-Go applications, while four lines cover the full product range from HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafés) to office coffee solutions (OCS-PM and OCS-FM) and home use, achieving a seamless transition from professional-grade to convenient domestic coffee solutions.

 

 

 

Jetinno also manufactures its two core components - the brewer and grinder - entirely in-house, on dedicated modular lines with an automation rate exceeding 90%. This setup not only ensures product consistency and production efficiency but also boosts overall capacity by over 200%, achieving a daily output of 1,200 units - providing each coffee machine with a precisely crafted "heart."

A dedicated machining center equipped with dozens of CNC machines handles critical metal components, with a monthly processing capacity of 120,000 parts. This ensures full control from sheet metal cutting to precision manufacturing, laying a solid foundation for high-quality assembly.

By combining machine vision with fixed jigs, inspection efficiency is improved by 35% and quality performance by 15%. Dual-layer testing - AI vision detection plus manual re-inspection - is complemented by dedicated beverage testing rooms that perform 100% dispensing tests, embedding stringent quality assurance into every production detail. Automated packaging lines complete one unit every three minutes, ensuring both efficiency and consistency in output.
